NIE's colorful pullout sections are complete with fun student activities. NIE materials are provided at no cost to teachers or schools. The Tampa Tribune absorbs all production costs, plus at least half the cost of the newspapers. However, partners are needed to pay for the remaining portion of the newspapers.
